The CliftonStrengths assessment is a research-based tool developed by Gallup that identifies your top 5 talent themes from 34 possible strengths. It reveals how you naturally think, feel, and behave, helping you understand your unique talents and how to develop them into strengths.
Yes, I am a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, having completed the rigorous certification process through Gallup. This ensures I have the expertise to properly interpret your results and guide you through meaningful strengths development.
Talents are your natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Strengths are talents that have been developed through knowledge, skills, and practice. Our coaching helps you transform your natural talents into productive strengths.
The initial assessment typically takes 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete. It consists of 177 paired statements where you choose which best describes you, with a 20-second time limit per question — designed to capture your instinctive, authentic responses. Go with your gut!
You'll receive a personalised CliftonStrengths report with your top 34 themes. We'll then walk through a debrief session together — exploring what these themes mean for you, how they show up in your life and work, and creating an action plan for your development.

Both! Our 1-on-1 coaching programmes are designed for individuals wanting personalised strengths development. We also run group workshops and team sessions that create shared understanding and collaborative growth. Many organisations do both.
This depends on your goals. A single debrief session is a great introduction. For meaningful transformation, our Bronze (2-month), Silver (4-month) and Gold (6-month) coaching plans provide the consistency needed to embed lasting change. We can recommend the right fit during your free consultation.

Logistics & Availability

Yes. We serve clients across all of Australia — in person in major cities and via Microsoft Teams for virtual coaching. For group workshops and conferences, we travel to any destination across Australia (travel costs at the client's expense). We'd love to hear about your next conference or event.
Yes — all participants complete the online Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment prior to the workshop. It takes approximately 45 minutes and is completed online. We provide and coordinate all assessment access codes as part of our workshop preparation.
