Research
We conduct a deep dive analysis with detailed research of your organisation's values, vision, strategy, employee lifecycle and capability priorities. We engage employees with surveys and interview key leadership and stakeholders to understand your business.
Design Solution
We design a tailored CliftonStrengths based learning programme for you. We engage the contributions of a motivated committee, who are well placed to champion the programme with colleagues, throughout the launch and adoption of Strengths. Early phase is topline design, including learning objectives, mapped to strategy and vision. We co-design learning interventions in a 70:20:10 adult learning approach – i.e. 70% learning on-the-job, 20% from others, and 10% formal learning. Our philosophy is to "teach you and your people how to fish". The best results come to organisations that embrace and take ownership of the power of Strengths themselves.
Material Development & Subject Matter Experts
Once a Learning Plan has been designed and approved by your Leadership, Cultivate Capabilities engages the best subject matter experts for key topics for the comprehensive Strengths and key organisational capability priorities. For example, we have worked on projects such as omnichannel engagement, feedback, and high performing teams, so it's imperative we align how strengths applies to your business. Testing
Part of our process includes testing sessions, plans and delivery before we "go live". We'll walk through the workshops with key stakeholders to ensure we're asking for improvements, suggested changes, and any revisions to ensure the content and the delivery runs smoothly for the 3–12-month capability uplift.
Continuous Improvement
At agreed intervals with you and your organisation, we conduct surveys and learning analytics, based on your tools for measuring return on investment. Taking a litmus test during the programme enables us to see quickly what's working, what's not, and how we can map out new changes. We use a mixture of face-to-face facilitated workshops, self-driven CliftonStrengths resources and virtual TEAMS sessions. This means we can maximise participant engagement and equally embed bite-sized learning, that is economical for your business and keeps the programme moving forward. It's the adult learning 70:20:10 principles of formal learning, sharing peer-to-peer learning, and on-the-job learning.
