By purchasing products or services from Cultivate Capabilities, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase.
01 Payment Terms
Digital Products & Reports
- CliftonStrengths "34 Themes" Individual Report — payment required in full at time of purchase.
- CliftonStrengths Team Grid Reports — payment required in full at time of purchase.
- Single Coaching Debrief Session — payment required in full at time of purchase.
Coaching Plans
You may choose to pay 100% upfront or select a split payment arrangement.
Split Payment Structure: 50% paid upfront via credit card; the remaining balance is charged monthly over the duration of your plan:
- Bronze Plan — remaining balance split over 2 months
- Silver Plan — remaining balance split over 4 months
- Gold Plan — remaining balance split over 6 months
By selecting split payment, you authorise Cultivate Capabilities to set up BECS Direct Debit for the remaining balance. Failed direct debit payments may result in suspension of coaching services until the account is brought current.
Workshops
- Half Day & Full Day Workshops — payment via invoice. Payment terms are outlined within the invoice; credit card payment can be requested.
- Workshops are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a signed agreement.
02 Product Delivery & Access
Digital Products
- CliftonStrengths reports will be delivered via email within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate email address for delivery.
- Reports are non-transferable and for personal or organisational use only.
Coaching Services
- Coaching sessions will be scheduled upon payment confirmation.
- 48 hours notice is required for session rescheduling.
- Missed sessions without 48 hours notice may be forfeited.
Workshops
- Minimum participant requirements may apply for workshop delivery.
03 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital Products
All digital products (including CliftonStrengths reports) are non-refundable once delivered. This is due to the digital nature of the content and the fact that funds collected are paid to Gallup for the cost of the assessment.
Coaching Plans
If cancelling after a coaching plan has commenced, refunds are not provided due to initial planning costs. However, all written requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Workshops
No refund is provided for workshop cancellations. You may transfer your booking to a future workshop, subject to availability, with applicable cancellation fees.
04 Included Services
- Single Coaching Debrief Sessions include a complimentary CliftonStrengths "34 Themes" Individual Report.
- All Coaching Plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) include a complimentary CliftonStrengths "34 Themes" Individual Report.
- If you already have the standalone report in your cart, it will be automatically removed to prevent double-charging.
05 Intellectual Property
- CliftonStrengths® is a registered trademark of Gallup, Inc.
- All coaching materials and workshop content are proprietary to Cultivate Capabilities.
- Sharing or distributing materials without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
06 Privacy & Confidentiality
- All coaching conversations and assessment results are strictly confidential.
- Personal information collected during purchase and delivery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We do not share client information with third parties without consent.
07 Technical Requirements
- Coaching sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams or a similar platform — a stable internet connection is required.
- Digital reports are delivered via email — ensure your inbox can receive all standard file types.
- Workshop participation may require specific software or platforms as advised at time of booking.
08 Liability & Warranties
- Services are provided in good faith and in accordance with professional coaching standards.
- No guarantee of specific outcomes or results from coaching or workshops is given or implied.
- Cultivate Capabilities' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
- The client is responsible for implementing any insights and recommendations provided.
09 Force Majeure
Cultivate Capabilities is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where possible, alternative delivery methods or rescheduling will be offered.
10 Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation between both parties.
- If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland, Australia.
- Australian Consumer Law protections apply where applicable.
11 Amendments
These terms may be updated periodically. The current terms at the time of each transaction apply. We recommend reviewing this page before making a purchase.
